If you cancel your service 30 days or more before your scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred for materials or services specifically ordered for your event.

Cancellation 14 to 29 Days Before Event

If you cancel your service between 14 and 29 days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total service fee, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred for materials or services specifically ordered for your event.

Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Event

If you cancel your service less than 14 days before your scheduled event date, refunds will be provided only for unused materials that can be returned, minus any expenses incurred for planning, preparation, and materials that cannot be returned or reused.

Modifications to Services

We understand that event plans may change. If you need to modify your decoration services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability and any additional costs that may be incurred.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
